Abstract

For the world's major difficult disease - interstitial lung fibrosis, on the basis of the previous research on FIZZ1 and Th1/Th2 in lung tissues of rats with pulmonary fibrosis, the GSK3β-A20-C/EBPβ pathway was taken as an entry point for the study, and Longxuemulan, which is featured in Yunnan Pharmaceuticals, was selected to intervene in experimental pulmonary fibrosis rats induced by bleomycin, to observe the changes in the contents of GSK3β and A20 in the rat lung tissues. GSK3β, A20 content changes in the rats' lung tissues, as well as lung histopathological changes, with a view to further exploring the pathogenesis of interstitial fibrosis and revealing the pharmacodynamics and mechanism of action of Longxuemulin on pulmonary fibrosis. This study will provide an experimental basis for the intervention of Longxuemulin in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis, and provide a new idea for exploring Yunnan ethnic medicine in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
